Welcome to Orlando

Due to heightened security measures at Orlando Intl. Airport, the following requirements must be followed;

1. After you receive your bags on level 2, call 1 (800) 496-7433 from a payphone (no money is necessary). Cell phones do not carry good reception within the airport facility.
2. Take elevator one floor down below baggage claim to level 1, go outside to the following spaces, if on A Side (space 15) or if on B Side (space 15), where you will find a “Out of Town Shuttle” sign.
3. Wait there until the driver comes in. If you are not at this location, the driver will not re-enter the airport and you will have missed the shuttle.

Note: Between June and November, our area is susceptive to tropical weather which at times will make communication, either by telephone and/or internet, disabled.  As long as the airport and/or cruise port is open, we will be running vehicles.  We ask that, at these times, you proceed to level one at your appointed time and either a driver will already be there or will arrive shortly.
